Especially when there are many tumors, protecting these vessels is essential in protecting the maximum liver tissue in the patient and minimizing the risk of liver failure. The method that helps and guides us the most during the operation is ultrasonography and the surgeon's experience. In this way, it becomes possible to perform this surgery without damaging the vessels by removing only the tumor tissues and preserving the maximum liver tissue in the patient.
